Holaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Ciao a tutti, Signori.

Holaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Hello, Gentlemen. Sorry for the inaction!!
I wanted to greet you after a long period rather absurd and intense. Between an illuminated and the other is run off a trip to Argentina.
This is the first RAW that I opened in a thousand ... plenty of pictures I took in twenty days' journey ended last night with a series of transfers duration briefcase.
I hope some of you should know how to identify this bird.
The photo was taken in the forest of the National Park of Iguaçu during a tour by jeep with a guide from the park. This is one of the few examples that are captured with the 18-135 from the Jeep off. We are not in the midst of hordes of tourists. Here there is no food on the ground and at this time the birds are in the thick andtonano songs of courtship. We saw toucans fly, I've even caught a few, but they were far away and engaged in pursuits fast. He ruffled the trees and you do not put in the pose. For me it was very difficult, but I liked this shot and I am very satisfied with the result.
I greet all those who do not salute for a while 'and all the others that I have not yet had occasion to know, since the rate of expansion of the forum.
A hug, even if virtual:-D

Despite Argentina fauna is more confident than in Italy, photographing birds with a 18-135 is not easy, so congratulations! I see it slightly underexposed, maybe you can raise a little 'brightness.
This beautiful bird belongs to the family of Trogonidae in Argentine is called "common Surucua", the scientific name is instead Trogon surrucura.

Thanks Aleforest through the passage and apologize for the delayed response. As in other situations I believed I had said and I have not found in the galleries covering more comment ... maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway ... Thanks for the information on the species, too kind! As for the exposure maybe I could even pull a little 'on, but my memory was of a light very similar to what I see in this shot. The sky was a little 'light is not lit and covered their colors.
Until next time, Nick.
