ma nell'insieme resta un buon scatto.

Bella foto, bel quadro col piccoletto naturalmente a rubare la scena....quella trombetta e' una delizia. La luce e' dura, e come diceva Michela i bianchi e le ombre troppo decise ne hanno risentito. In parte l'inconveniente e' stato superato con la conversione in bn, che come l'altra tua immagine dell'elefante contrasterei un filo di più.
Per la composizione, giova in questa immagine la tua propensione a tenerti molto bassa con l'inquadratura, anche se un filo di spazio in più sotto gli zamponi l'avrei lasciato. Più che altro avrei evitato quello spazio vuoto a sx, occupando tutta la panoramica con il gruppo

Beautiful photos, beautiful picture with the little guy of course to steal the show .... the trumpet and 'a delight. The light and 'hard, and as he said Michela whites and shadows too decided they were affected. Part of the inconvenience and 'was passed with the conversion bn, which as your other image of the elephant contrasterei a thread more.
For the composition, it should be in this picture your willingness to keep very low in the frame, even though a bit of extra space under the trotters would have left. More than anything I would have avoided that empty space on the left, occupying the entire pan with the group :-)

Dopo quanto scritto dalle "vecchie volpi" dei piani di sopra mi accodo e aggiungo che considerato che dal titolo il protagonista della foto è il piccoletto avrei croppato per quanto possibile per metterlo al centro della scena.

Carissimi Michela, Massimo, Alessandro, Paolo, non vi nascondo che avevo previsto i vostri commenti prima di caricare lo scatto. Speravo che il cucciolo potesse addolcirvi ma non ci siete cascati e, giustamente, avete individuato tutti gli errori Avrei dovuto tagliare l'orecchia a destra, lo spazio vuoto a sinistra e croppare ma visto che di solito quando taglio aumento i danni ho preferito lasciare lo scatto intero... Le conversioni in BN poi non mi vengono ancora come dovrebbero  Detto questo sono sempre felicissima di leggere i vostri commenti: a voi non sembrerà così ma mi state aiutando moltissimo!
@Alessandro fa parte del contratto del guru l'assistenza quotidiana, non puoi esimerti dal commentare/criticare!

Dear Michael, Max, Alexander, Paul, I will not conceal that I predicted your comments before loading the shot. I was hoping that the puppy could sweeten but there are fallen, and rightly so, have you identified any errors:-D I should have cut off the right ear, the empty space to the left and to crop but since I usually cut when I increase the damage preferred to leave the whole shooting ... Conversions BN then do not come as yet :-( :-( Having said that should always happy to read your comments: you will not seem so but are helping me a lot!
@ Alexander is part of the contract of the guru daily assistance, You should not flinch from the comment / criticize!

Più protetto e coccolato di così ...! Forse sono i nonni, considerate le rughe della pelle, che viziano i nipoti, si sa.
Sull'aspetto estetico della fotografia Michela ed Alchie hanno detto tutto. Mi piace l'uso del bianco e nero in un'immagine cruda, bruciata dal sole e dominata dalle rughe.

More protected and pampered so ...! Maybe they are the grandparents, given the wrinkles of the skin, that spoil the grandchildren, you know.
On the aesthetic aspect of photography and Michela Alchie have said it all. I like the use of black and white in a raw image, sunburned and dominated by wrinkles.

Giuseppe, non sai quanto hai ragione: gli elefanti sono incredibilmente protettivi nei confronti dei cuccioli. Dovresti vedere come ti guardano male se ci si avvicina troppo e c'è un cucciolo nei paraggi...
