bella foto,ma perche' non prova ad abbassare gli iso 320-400 e aprire il diaframma f/7,1-f/8 avendo cosi' tempi piu' rapidi

Grazie Giuseppe, ma scusami ... il diaframma del 300 è a tutta apertura, portarlo a f/8 significa chiudere di 2 stop, quindi per mantenere l'esposizione (già sotto di 1 stop  ragione del più evidente rumore)
avrei dovuto aumentare gli iso a 5000!!! e, ancora, per avere tempi più rapidi di due stop (1/1250 sec) iso a 20.000! IMHO o sbaglio!?!?!?!

Thanks Joseph, I'm sorry but ... the diaphragm 300 is wide open, take it at f / 8 means close to 2 stops, so to keep the exposure (already below 1 stop :-| most obvious reason for the noise)
I would have to increase the ISO to 5000! and, again, to get faster by two stops (1/1250 sec) to ISO 20,000! IMHO is not it!?!?!?!

Per Federicorm, ho provato a ridurre il rumore così come da te suggerito, ho inserito perciò una nuova foto nella "galleria uccelli" della mia pagina con le correzioni. Gradirei, se non ti è di disturbo, un tuo parere , grazie in anticipo.

Ho dato seguito al suggerimento di Federicorm togliendo il rumore dallo sfondo.
La nuova foto è stata pubblicata nella galleria uccelli.

I followed up on the suggestion of Federicorm by removing the noise from the background.
The new photo was published in the bird gallery.
