franco, quando scatti un soggetto, prima che arrivi, metti a fuoco il posatoio. la velocità dell'otturatore deve andare di pari passo, iso e diaframma. il mio punto di vista, visto i valori dello scatto io avrei impostato la velocità dello scatto almeno a 1|500 in su per fare questo dovevi lavorare con iso più alti, e magari aumentare di uno stop in più il diaframma. ciao un saluto.

Come già ti hanno detto, il tempo che hai usato è troppo lento ... la d7000 ha la funzione ISO automatici, usala, ti riserverà delle belle sorprese. Come diaframma devi impostare almeno f/8 ... diaframmi più aperti con il 70-300 ti restituiscono foto troppo morbide ;)
