Questo è il paese dovo sono nato e dove ho vissuto la quasi totalità della mia esistenza, il paese per il quale nutro un amore immenso che si incastra tenace fra le sue pietre come le fondamenta dei palazzi secolari nel tufo della rupe. La Torre quadrata è il simbolo della città e si chiama Torre Gerosolimitana o Torre dei Cavalieri di Malta perché si ritiene edificata dai cavalieri del Sacro Ordine Militare nel XIII secolo. Le campane sulla sua sommità sono la voce di Sant'Elpidio a Mare dal 1600. Il suffisso "a Mare" non significa vicino al mare (che in realtà dista 5 minuti) ma probabilmente di derivazione latina da ab majore, per distinguerlo da un Sant'Elpidio minore (Morico) situato nell'entroterra marchigiano. Il paese è anche sede della Contesa del Secchio, la più antica rievocazione storica delle Marche.
This is the land Dovo I was born and where I lived almost all my life, the country for which I have a great love that is put into his tenacious as the foundation stones of the old buildings into the tuff rock. Scatto ben fatto, con una ottima luce e dettaglio, bello anche il cielo che sembra su un piano

Proprio bello questo scatto, la luce che hai colto rende dorati gli edifici e ne esalta i volumi. La neve poi gli dà quel pizzico di presepio che la fà apprezzare ancor più. Ciao

Grazie  la location in particolare è il mio paese natale, splendido da questo lato (ovest), inguardabile dall'altro dove hanno permesso la costruzione di palazzoni moderni a ridosso delle mura medievali. Solo adesso, riguardando la foto mi sono accorto che ci sono 2 macchie nel cielo, probabilmente dello sporco sul sensore. Grazie ancora a tutti.
Thanks:-D:-D the location in particular is my hometown, beautiful on this side (west), where the other unwatchable have allowed the construction of tower blocks in modern behind the medieval walls. Only now, regarding the photo I realized that there are two spots in the sky, probably dirt on the sensor. Thanks again to everyone.
