I found this Toad on the garden lawn a while back, it's a 3 shot manual focus stack (when focused on the eyes, the tip of the nose was out of focus and I didn't like the F16 version because I wanted to keep the surroundings blurred and surreal), apart from his throbbing throat he stayed completely still for about 5 minutes, when he jumped inside my lens hood.....that was my cue to leave him be, to find his winter hideout.
