Serenity 'and this lightness and the effect looking at the photo compliments. Valentine greetings. ;-)

A exciting picture, dense. It makes me think of the beauty of a place and know how to communicate, to give to others. Multiple plans that follow each other and perceive all; feeling of great depth and materiality ...
Then I look at the photographic equipment with which it is made, expecting to see some kind of Full Frame expensive, and instead read "Canon 300D" ... Is it really true that the photo is a photographer, and you are the living proof that a good photographer shooting with any camera! I have to laugh when I think of all those people who claim that an APS-C for a landscape does not look upon it either in hand or chasing a pattern behind the other in search of who knows what! Then go about their galleries and photos like these there are none ...
What can I say, congratulations! Keep it up. Aldred

Thanks Giani, something said by a beginner like me to confirm it has value if it is a photographer of your caliber. Aldred

Thanks to all and a special thanks to Alfred (I do not want!) Because so far no one had ever spent so beautiful words for me.
I love photography and even more I love the mountains I frequent with some diligence for about twenty years. I lived in the mountains of very strong emotions through what I call "mountain atmosphere" and that's why I feel lucky, or even a privileged over those people who do not know, can not or can not appreciate all the beauty and wonder of nature.
I do not think I'm a good photographer, here on Juza there are many better than me. I just know that in my photos I try to put all the love and passion I have for my beloved mountains with the hope of being able to convey to the viewer my photos. And 'why I was very pleased to read your words.
As for the equipment, I can only tell you that I bought the 300D back in 2004. It was one of the first digital SLR accessible to ordinary mortals. Has always given me great satisfaction despite the limitations that can be compared to the more modern SLR. The photos in my galleries I've taken for 90% with this camera. Personally I think they are decent quality pictures, but certainly in this forum there are people more knowledgeable than I can give a more authoritative.
A warm greeting.
Lino

Aldred, not Alfred! :-D
The passion and love that you have towards the mountain passes ... Through the composition and all the other aspects that are at the service of photography! I'm excited seeing this and many other of your picture, if you remember you had written it too long ago in a private message.
There are certainly some good photographers on this forum, every day I discover new ones when the spare time permit me, my vein "controversy" related to topics read on the forums and even feel alive, that in more than one ' occasion made me reflect on how important the means and how important who is behind it ...
At what time you have taken?

A great atmosphere, well recovery. I am not convinced at all the shades of color, probably a slight dominated cyan would be more correct, rather than this magenta. ;-)

Once again, thank you all for the ride!
For Andrea78:
the photo was taken by Monte Cappucciata, one of the first elevations (south) of the Gran Sasso.
Hi:
pp I tried a little bit to handle the Color Balance and I increased a little 'red in the lights to try to recreate the atmosphere that seemed to have lived in reality but I do not know if I have succeeded. I will try to follow your advice also. Thank you, hello.
