The first observation that comes from you is that you see too many reflections: the light used on the left and below the surface (a non-slip mat?).
The second, however, relates only to the intensity of the light source: excessive on the neck of the bottle, until arriving to overexposure at the height of the cap.

Se posso permettermi, pur non avendo granchè esperienza nello still life, mi sembra di notare diversi errori tecnici in questo scatto, che rendono poi la foto non esattamente ideale per scopi pubblicitari.
La prima osservazione che mi viene da farti è che si vedono troppi riflessi: la luce utilizzata sulla sx e, in basso, il piano di appoggio (una tovaglietta antiscivolo?).
La seconda, invece, riguarda proprio l'intensità della fonte luminosa: eccessiva sul collo della bottiglia, fino ad arrivare ad una sovraesposizione all'altezza del tappo.
Onestamente, proverei a rifare questo scatto utilizzando i pannelli riflettenti (va benissimo anche il polistirolo o i vassoietti/coperchio della Cooki), per evitare di creare riflessi così netti e allungarli su tutta la linea dell'oggetto). Potendo, cercherei di ammorbidire anche un po' la luce (softbox più o meno artigianali). Stando sempre attento alla superficie d'appoggio...
Certo, cimentarsi in uno still life di questo tipo vuol dire iniziare dalla sfida più difficile, ma se riesce......tanto di capello!
