Mi associo, i bianchi sono completamenti bruciati, se possibile da riprendere in PP.
Se così non fosse, mi permetto di suggerirti di scattare in modalità spot su soggetti bianchi come garzette e bianchi maggiori.

I concur, the whites are completely burned, if possible to resume PP.
If this were not so, I would suggest shooting in spot of white subjects as white egrets and more.

Riapri l'immagine in camera raw e diminuisci l'esposizione di 1 stop o più, dovresti riuscire a recuperare quasi tutti i bianchi.
