Luca a volte si esagera nel giudicare per amore della natura....la pratica criticata è vecchia quanto è vecchio l'addomesticamento del cavallo, utilizzata solo per determinate necessità e normalmente solo sul capo branco. Se correttamente eseguita, cioè legando gli arti a livello del "pastorale" appunto, con corda morbida o in pelle come quella usata per i finimenti, e soprattutto rispettando gli appiombi dell'animale in stazione e in fase di pascolmento, (cioè con un arto avanti l'altro) non è assolutamente un maltrattamento, ma semplicemente un metodo di contenimento per confinare la mandria in aree limitate di pascolo. L'alternativa, apparentemente più "umana", e' un cavallo confinato in un box di 4X4=16 mq, forse...,che se tutto va bene sgambetta per sola mezz'ora al giorno. il cavallo in box sviluppa frequentemente tic quali: "ballo dell'orso" "tic d'appoggio" e stereotipie varie fino a vere e proprie turbe neurologiche. Ps non sono assolutamente un allevatore

Concordo con te Giuseppe le mie reazioni purtroppo sono sempre così quando vedo cose del genere. Conosco la tecnica e non ne discuto l utilità solo che se le zampe iniziano a sanguinare penso ci sia qualcosa di sbagliato... probabilmente il fatto che sia una catena ed il freddo fa questi risultati. Ma penso che l allevatore debba intervenire e correggere la tecnica per evitarli.

I know the technique and I discuss the utility only if the legs begin to bleed I think there's something wrong ... probably the fact that it is a chain and the cold makes these results. Luca amo i cavalli profondamente e Ne conosco abbastanza bene debolezze e punti di forza. Quelli che vedi in foto sono praticamente cavalli da tiro, forti e resistenti, e di quel po' di sanguinamento manco se ne accorgono ... È' minore del sanguinamento prodotto dalle zecche e dalle mosche cavalline nel giro di un'ora. Considerazioni diverse andrebbero fatte per altre tipologie di cavalli...
Luca deeply love horses and I know quite well the weaknesses and strengths. The ones you see in the picture are practically draft horses, strong and resistant, and the little 'bleeding ... they're not even realize it' minor bleeding produced by ticks and horseflies from within an hour.
