Marzio Certo, è molto semplice.
Come avrai capito è una zona della golena del Po nel comune di Pomponesco in provincia di Mantova.
L'argine principale è alle mie spalle e quello che vedi fino agli alberi all'orizzonte è golena, invasa d'acqua tracimata del Po.
Il letto del fiume vero è proprio è oltre quegli alberi.
In pratica come vedi la golena è veramente molto grande e il vialettino di alberi giovani di fronte è una strada che permette di andare dall'argine principale al secondo argine.
Arrivo arrivo tranquillo....
Possiamo immaginare che questo vialetto sia utilizzato dalle coppiette per appartarsi un po'? ( a Po) 
Bene....la leggenda metropolitana, ma non escluderei sia fondata, vuole che il parroco del paesello abbia battezzato il vialetto appunto "la via del peccato"
