Esprimo solo il mio semplice parere.
Se il tuo intento era quello di mettere in evidenza le foglie, a mio avviso avresti dovuto soffermarti su esse senza andare alla ricerca di una inquadraturra degl'alberi verso il cielo. Viene naturale all'osservatore, in un primo momento non soffermarsi sul vero soggetto ma correre con lo sguardo verso la sommità dei tronchi per poi in seguito ritornare sulle foglie, per scoprire in seguito un bel quadretto, ma dato solo dalle stesse foglie in primo piano e da una parte dei tronchi.
Come detto rimane una semplice opinione personale.
