Great shot.
A curiosity
The image is full frame or cropped.
I am undecided whether to buy this lens or the 35 f1, 4 L-series

Thanks for the '"great"!

The subject is very nice, well composed with colors and special colors.
Good detail and sharpness is lost a little at the edges of the wing in the foreground.
Greetings Franco 8-)

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions Gianmarco, Roberto and Franco.
I just bought the 35mm lens and I did not think he could make a decent macro. Now, I work more and will try again for sure! :-P

Beautiful photo, great colors and I would say perfect crop, with all the details despite freehand. It is yet another demonstration that 6D holds great high ISO.
Regarding the lens, I wanted your advice between 35 f2 IS (like yours) or the excellent Sigma 35 f1.4 ART (if you've got to try it).

Angyphoto77 Hello, thanks for the ride!
My 35f2 IS I know him well and I can tell you it's worth all the 490euro spent; I like it just because it is versatile, step by butterflies at weddings, portraits set in the picture to children without problems and with very pleasing results. I tried the sigma 35f1.4, definitely a great lens, blurry exceptional; only minus the weight and price!

Okay! Thank you so much advice. I found one for 380 including the original lens hood. It is in excellent condition. The price seemed not bad.

Thanks Petr2,
doubt on the flowers remains, unfortunately I have not touched, and many think they are fake. The truth is that I do not know!
The shot was made inside a greenhouse used to breed butterflies.
