Ciao Francesca, secondo me in questo scatto ci sono alcune cose da rivedere la più importante perché salta subito agli occhi è che pende a sx, la seconda altrettanto evidente è che gli occhi non sono a fuoco, elemento fondamentale per un ritratto.
Per la quantità di luce presente nella stanza ti consiglio di chiudere di più, f8 o anche maggiore, questo ti da il modo di avere tutto più nitido e a fuoco, per eliminare l'eccessiva grana dovresti ridurre gli ISO a 100 o 200.
