Secondo me è a fuoco la parte bassa del muso, mentre la parte alta meno.
Visto che la foto è stata scattata con un obiettivo che mette a fuoco in maniera incredibile senza problemi, penso che il fattoa sia dovuto al motivo che quando ho scattato la cernia era troppo attaccata all'oblo'.

hai solo un flash???? prova a usarne 2, e scendi con i tempi a 1/60 e adegua il diaframma.......

Ho usato due flash, con tempi e diaframma che indichi tu viene troppo chiara, soprattutto lo sfondo.
