thanks to everyone for the comments. were used 2 softbox and a reflector with red gelatin filter projected onto black backdrop.
the high softbox is not visible in the eyes to the position of the eyes and head slightly lowered.

in realtà la versione postata è di 1600px lato piu lungo quindi in realtà il file originale è molto piu ampio e sicuramente ancora piu ricco di dettagli.
il filtro in gelatina non è niente di particolare... neanche di un brand in auge, ma fa il suo dovere
