Nice detail and colors. I have the impression that it is not a crop, if that were the pdc is greatly reduced and it was wiser to close the iris. The head has not been understood by the pdc (out of focus), these must focus on the head by choosing a point on the maf guanciotta and using 2 shooting techniques: A single-point of f in the center but with one-shot aiming at the guanciotta, keeping the pressure on the shutter button halfway, reassembling with button halfway and then press the button all the way. It shows the button halfway so you do not lose the point storage maf set. - A single point of f, ai-servo, shift point af with the joystick on the diagonal in the upper left and closer to the guanciotta and giving an eye to the final composition, then pressthe shutter release button (my favorite technique) edit: at close distances the pdc is reduced a lot, better close the iris also f.9.
