Proprio l'effetto cartoon, non perchè sia fatto male, ma perchè di suo non mi piace.
Quindi niente di specifico nella foto, (a volerla dire tutta troppo color "oliva" anche se immagino derivi da tutta la lavorazione) è più che altro l'effetto in sè.
Vedendola dalla miniatura mi sembrava una foto naturale con l'effetto levigato della pelle eccessivo, allora ho aperto la foto e ho visto lo stile "cartoon".
In definifitiva , IO, se avessi fatto questa foto, l'avrei lasciata al naturale
ma questo io.

Just the cartoon effect, not because it hurt, but because of her I do not like.
So nothing specific in the picture, (too much to want to tell the whole color "olive" although I imagine comes from the whole process) is more of the effect itself.
Seeing it from the thumbnail it seemed like a natural photo with smooth effects of excessive skin, then I opened the picture and saw the style "cartoon".
In definifitiva, I, if I took this picture, I would have left in its natural
but that's me. ;-)
