L'ho ottenuto dosando (opacità e riempimento) su PS un livello del plugin Colorizer (bianco) di Color Efex Pro e mascherando lo sfondo.

Se non ce l'hai (color efex pro), ho provato in un paio di minuti un'alternativa. Ho ottenuto un risultato analogo sovrapponendo un livello tinta unita bianco (opac. 28, riemp. 53) e mascherando lo sfondo, a questo ho sovrapposto un livello curve (contrasto lineare (op.100/riemp.100) con la stessa mascheratura (ma invertita, ctrl-I).

I got dosing (opacity and fill) on a level of PS plugin Colorizer (white) Color Efex Pro and masking the background.

I got a similar result by superimposing a level plain white (28 opac., Filling. 53) and masking the background, at this level I superimposed curves (linear contrast (op.100/riemp.100) with the same masking (but reversed, ctrl-I).
