E' uno scatto fatto durante una dimostrazione di rapaci all'Oasi di Sant'Alessio, lo sfondo mosso è frutto di elaborazione in post, per questo motivo l'ho messa in photo art.
La caccia fotografica non è un genere che mi attira quindi per me l'unica occasione per vedere questi rapaci in volo a distanza ravvicinata è quella dell'area attrezzata, naturalmente uno scatto in ambiente selvatico ha tutto un'altro valore.
Mi ha sorpreso la buona capacità della 6D di mantenere il soggetto a fuoco in Ai Servo con il solo punto centrale, venendo dalla 7D ho faticato un po' per la mancanza di punti AF ma la precisione dell'inseguimento è almeno pari a quello della 7D.
Ho provato anche ad attivare tutti i punti di AF ed il comportamento si è rivelato ottimo nel mantenere il fuoco sul soggetto.
Naturalmente per un uso più professionale un AF più evoluto consente maggior scioltezza nello scatto, soprattutto quando si scatta in ambiente selvatico dove l'occasione di scatto è una sola e non si deve mancare.

Photo hunt is not a genre that attracts me so for me the only opportunity to see these birds of prey in flight at close range is that of the equipped, of course, a shot in the wild has a whole new value.
I was surprised by the good capacity of the 6D to keep the subject in focus in AI Servo with the single central point, coming from the 7D I struggled a bit 'for the lack of AF points but the accuracy of pursuit is at least equal to that of the 7D .
I also tried to activate all AF points and the behavior turned out otthyme in keeping the focus on the subject.
Of course, for a more professional a more advanced AF allows greater fluency in the shot, especially when shooting in the wild where the chance of shooting is only one and you should not miss.

Con il 70-300 mi ci trovo molto bene, pensa che avevo deciso di venderlo non appena avessi preso il 70-200 2.8 II ed invece non ne ho avuto il coraggio.
Il 70-200 è una lente eccezionale ma ingombrante, il 70-300 mi sta comodamente anche nello zaino piccolo ed ha prestazioni eccellenti, quando sono in giro in moto o a piedi prendo sempre con me il 70-300 mentre il 70-200 lo uso solo in casi particolari.
Otticamente il 70-200 è un pelo migliore ma meccanicamente il 70-300 non ha nulla da invidiare, è solidissimo e a prova di polvere e acqua, certo che il 70-200 a f/2.8 è una favola...
