Ciao Ernesto, grazie per il tuo intervento. In realtà non avevo mai visto una taccola predare, ..ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stato notare come osservasse, quasi stupita, il sangue della piccola vittima.

Lo scatto è molto significativo e sta a dimostrare quanti predatori hanno questi piccoli pennuti,fino a qualche anno fa si pensava che tutta la colpa della diminuzioni di piccoli fringillidi o insettivori era solo colpa dei pesticidi usati in agricoltura,si in parte può essere così ma vi è stato un aumento massiccio di predatori tipo gazze,ghiandaie,corvi,taccole,cornacchie che fanno razzie di uova e piccoli dai nidi e inoltre questi predatori sono quasi immuni da essere loro stessi predati.

Ciao Mario, hai ragione: l'esplosione demografica dei corvidi è stata quasi improvvisa; qui da noi si vocifera che possano essere stati introdotti di proposito per controllare in maniera "naturale" il numero eccessivo di piccioni nelle città. Non ho idea se ci sia qualcosa di vero..
