Great description ... and a grueling that I envy you. Congratulations to the close encounter. Here the technique does not count, the 'importance is the memory that generates this photo in the author and not just in it!

You are right Felux69! The important thing is to have been there ... then ... be in trouble, low gloss accumulated lactic acid, suddenly finding the chamois a few yards and make us great photos like the ones you see on the forum is something else! ;-)
However, to be the first chamois photographer, I consider myself relatively satisfied ... especially for being this place, hard to reach but really beautiful. :-D
Hello and thank you

you made me huff and puff ..

Ehehehe:-D
The breath I assure you that I had ;-)
My trusty SUMMARY Ambit at that moment I signaled 10 km, 1200 m in altitude, about 3000 Kcal (4000 outing at the end wow!) And fc around 160 bpm, probably on the rise when I framed the chamois in the viewfinder ... With the 24-105 stabilized as I had to breathe a couple of times before taking a couple of volleys hoping to be firm enough ... It was cloudy and I had just made a couple of photos of the flowers on the ground and lowered the ISO to 400 ... 1/125 sec ... While I was running downhill has the thought of meeting the chamois to move! :-D
But when he saw me and reversed the hill climb was not so fast! ;-) And a couple of shots from the side gave them to me ... Then it is shown only from theless photogenic side up at a safe distance ;-)
Hello Flavio, thanks for your visit

Great Sisto! Do you think that the poor chamois had fled to the valley just to get away from you that you were on it! He was running right at me when he saw me and got scared and tried to take off again quickly with great effort! :-D:-D I wonder how many curses you launched! ;-)
