Ti ringrazio del passaggio e del commento preciso.
Per quanto riguarda il BN io non ho una tecnica ben precisa, procedo come i pittori, a seconda della situazione che voglio ottenere, di solito l'80% lo faccio in camera raw, prima aggiusto la foto a colori come meglio la vedo, poi converto in Bn sempre in camera raw, aggiusto con i cursori colore, ritorno indietro, riguardo i livelli, i bianchi la luce, insomma mi alterno fino al raggiungimento finale, nei ritratti in particolare do una ammorbidita alla pelle ( ma molto soft) non mi piace stravolgere, alterare, mi piace più naturale possibile, lavoro con le maschere di livello così sono più preciso,
nei paesaggi, architetture, e dove serve dettaglio, finisco tutto in photoshop, creo dei nuovi livelli e li fondo.

As for the BN I do not have a precise technique, proceed as painters, depending on the situation I want to achieve, usually 80% do it in camera raw, was added before the color photo as best as I see it, then I convert in Bn always in camera raw, was added with the color sliders, return back, about the levels, the white light, in fact I alternately until they reach the final, in the portraits in particular do a softened the skin (but very soft) I do not Like twist, distort, I like natural as possible, work with layer masks so they are more accurate,
in landscapes, architecture, and detail where needed, finish everything in photoshop, I create new levels and fund them.

Il ritratto è ottimamente composto e la posa di lei molto graziosa. Quello che avrei evitato è la conversione in b/w (per via dei bassi contrasti) e il piallamento della pelle (c'è davvero poco dettaglio ed io trovo più naturale vi sia). Comunque un buono scatto. Buona giornata,

Ti posso assicurare che la pelle non è stata lisciata, ma ciò è dovuto alla morbidezza della luce, al diaframma 2.8 e alla modella che sembra di avorio.

After some tests, I thought it much more interesting version B & W, but it is always a matter of taste.
The low contrasts are due to the clearing of the shadows through the panels without the use of artificial light.
I can assure you that the skin has not been smoothed, but this is due to the softness of the light, the diaphragm 2.8 and the model that seems to ivory.
