Dolomites: The Cinque Torri in the presence of giant sent on September 28, 2013 (17:57) by Yari78. 15 comments, 1668 views.

at 80mm, 1/100 f/10.0, ISO 100, hand held. Cinque Torri, Italy.

Hello! In the shadow Lastoi formin and the sun from the crag lake from Cortina looks just like a ship.
Good photos!
I like :-)

is a nice shot well established and well composed. is taken by lagazuoi it?

I'd say that makes her figure for the tones you've been able to exploit, I also like the sky

good ;-)

Behind the 5 towers are the Lastoi Formin (the ones on the level) the ridges behind the Lastoi are the Croda da Lago I like the photo even if the colors do not bring out the beauty of the place. Hello.

From "ignorant" in a PP I think that these conditions are really difficult to manage between the reflections on the rocks and in the shadow of the valley, so I think you handled the situation well. I like. Hello Massimo

Thanks Massimo and Gianluca Giomig, also for the info! It 'true that the colors do not do it justice, but I assure you that there was a lot of mist and little sun, and the original shot was already very off as colors. I tried to emphasize them a bit but the pictures looked too contrived .. so instead is more similar to how my eyes remember seeing this beautiful mountain scenery. :-)
PS Giomig I saw your shots of the place and I really like your style! ;-)
