Max con questi soggetti, e lo sai in quanto esperto di savana, il vicino è relativo. Focale 200mm. in APSC, a memoria direi non più di 15/20 MT.

Molto bello lo sguardo del piccolo e lo sfondo con l' acacia e le palme del Seronera river sfuocato.
Nel complesso, anche se capisco le tue motivazioni, devo dire il taglio della zampa non riesco a farmelo piacere: vedrei meglio un taglio più deciso a metà della pancia che dia l' idea di una scelta compositiva ben precisa perchè senza la tua spiegazione e senza conoscere la tua abilità potrebbe anche dare l' impressione di un errore...

Overall, though I understand your reasons, I must say the cut of the leg can not seem to let me pleasure: I would see better cut more decided in mid-belly that gives the 'idea of ??a precise compositional choice because without your explanation and without know your skills could also give the 'impression of an error ...

Commento da esperto il tuo Memy e non poteva essere altrimenti. Ti dirò e lo sai bene che davanti al Leo ci si ferma anche delle ore riempiendo schede a più non posso. Così è stato anche per questa scena. L'ho ritratto in più posizioni, questa mi piaceva per l'atteggiamento e lo sguardo lontano, peccato perché la parte bassa era rovinata dalla vegetazione e non si vedeva neppure la coda. Così l'ho ripreso fin dove potevo senza riprendere il cielo che era piatto e lattiginoso. Comunque domani notte sarò nel Mara per una settimana e spero non mancheranno le occasioni.
