Il campanile pendente della Chiesa di S. Stefano della foto , di impianto romanico, alto 65 metri, costruito nel 1544, si trova nel settore di S. Marco. Venezia ha altri 3 campanili pendenti: il campanile pendente di S. Giorgio dei Greci edificato fra il 1587 e il 1592, poco distante dalla Riva degli Schiavoni. Potete ammirarlo in una bella foto scattata da Fastpaul. La torre-campanile pendente della basilica di San Pietro di Castello, costruita nel 1463, è situata non lontano dai bacini dell'Arsenale. Infine il campanile pendente di Burano, costruito sul finire del sec. XVIII, è notevole per la scenografia ambientale della Laguna Nord in cui si specchia.
