Buoni il dettaglio e la composizione, anomalo il rumore digitale a soli 640 iso quindi deduco che sia un fortissimo crop (quanto in percentuale?). La luce non ti ha aiutato (vedi alte luci sul petto non controllate) .
Consigli:
-non esagerare con il crop , fermati a 50%
-con il pompone cerca di chiudere di più il diaframma
-alza gli iso se non hai altre alternative
-disattiva l'a.l.o. : www.juzaphoto.com/topic2.php?l=it&t=493564
-riduci il rum.dig.te solo sullo sfondo, valuta la Nick-Suite : www.juzaphoto.com/topic2.php?l=it&t=446295

Good detail and composition, abnormal digital noise at ISO 640 just so I assume that it is a very strong crop (as a percentage?). The light did not help (see highlights on the chest is not controlled).
Tips:
-Not to overdo the crop, stopped at 50%
-With Pompone tries to close the aperture more

La luce era veramente pessima e per questo ho dovuto usare un diaframma così aperto. Il crop è al 31 %.
Posso ipotizzare che il rumore possa essere in realtà i granelli del muro dietro al lucherino 
Normalmente elimino il rumore dalle foto utilizzando il pennello di camera raw o i livelli su ps. Adesso proverò a scaricare la versione di prova dei software che mi hai indicato per vedere se riesco a ottenere un risultato migliore.

The light was really bad and that's why I had to use a diaphragm so open. The crop is 31%.
I can speculate that noise may in fact be the grains of the wall behind the siskin:-D
Normally I eliminate the noise from photos using the brush camera raw or levels of ps. Now I'll try to download the trial version of the software that you have shown me to see if I can get a better result.
