Io vorrei aiutarti dicendoti cosa non va, ma farei prima a dirti cosa va... in pratica nulla.
Lo scatto non è nitido, pende a destra, non immortala nulla di interessante, i palazzi sullo sfondo sono malamente troncati, circa metà dello scatto è occupato dalla pavimentazione del marciapiede, le luci sono bruciate, il rumore digitale è molto presente e la regola dei terzi non è stata neppure presa in considerazione.
La prossima volta concentrati in primis su un soggetto, decidi su quale parte del fotogramma piazzarlo in base alla regola dei terzi, procurati un treppiede e se non ce l'hai piazza la reflex su un muretto.
Metti gli iso a 100, usa un diaframma più chiuso (da f11 a f14), inquadra con il live view, metti a fuoco sul tuo soggetto e scatta.
Nei notturni è sempre meglio sottoesporre un po', ti aiuta a gestire meglio le luci (il sensore, diversamente, calcola l'esposizione per il grigio al 18% e di conseguenza tenderebbe ad allungare il tempo di esposizione con conseguente rischio di bruciare le alte luci).

Sono d'accordo in tutto con voi, sicuramente non c'è dietro una storia o un soggetto e tecnicamente è molto scarsa, come ho scritto nella descrizione semplicemente mi piaceva "esteticamente" la scena, sicuramente a me richiama emozioni essendoci stato in un determinato momento con determinate persone che a chi era estraneo al momento dello scatto non possono essere raccontate vista appunto la "pochezza emotiva" della foto.
