hello. allora, si parte dal parcheggio dei pian dei resinelli, poi dipende da quanto sei allenato, cè un sentiero diretto che parte in piedi e arriva in piedi con una buona gamba in un ora e 40 arrivi in vetta, mentre quello più spettacolare e ovviamente il più lungo,dura circa due ore e 30 ma passa in mezzo alle guglie, ci sono un pò di ferrate e qualche scala di ferro, tranquillamente percorribile ma con un po' di attenzione. Dovrebbe essere il sentiero n.8A se non ricordo male, cmq in internet trovi la cartina dettagliata con tutti i sentieri per salire in vetta....
