The picture for construction and location is fantastic. I do not know if the hdr or excessive sharpness seems to me a bit 'unnatural.
A Crespi d'Adda there have never been, and I did not know the existence of this cemetery, but your beautiful fate makes me realize that sooner or later we must go.

Grazie Luigi,
Walter

Thanks Luigi,
It 'just for his looks unreal that I wrote in the caption that the effect and' a bit 'pushed ... In the subsequent processing with LR and I 'managed to make it more' natural. Maybe too many shows, or perhaps the strong light of the early afternoon, I could not. We accept opinions.
All the best,
Walter

Bella foto,

Beautiful photos,
confirm the impressions of Louis about HDR.
The place is worth, all the land and the factory
are suggestive and the cemetery, which is located at the end
the road that separates the village from the industry,
is a very special place with the mausoleum
Crespi dominant family of all the crosses.

The Adda is wonderful along its path.

Sorriso
Michela

One shot very successful thanks to the charming PDR adopted.
Without detracting from the views (certainly more competent) of those who preceded me, honestly I do not find this HDR pushed so .... ;-)
Congratulations Walter and a greeting! :-)

contrastata. QUesto Imho:)

You're right, Michael, with respect to the top of the image.
The sky, as compared to other HDR photo, shows a much more natural
and not very "jagged".
The crosses and the grass, however, have a texture mapping excessively
countered. This IMHO :)

contrastata
"

....ti do ragione.;-)
In ogni caso, rinnovo i miei complimenti a Walter!Sorriso
Un saluto
Michela

Thank you for making me better franc note some details; these exchanges of opinions and points of view are always useful and instructive for me!
In fact, in hindsight, about the fact that:
.....
The crosses and the grass, instead, [they have] a texture mapping excessively
countered

.... I agree with you. ;-)
In any case, I renew my congratulations to Walter! :-)
Greetings
Michela

Ciao Franco e ciao Michela,

Walter

Hello hello Franco and Michael,

I think I overdid it a bit with the sharpening in LR or do you think it is a consequence of the merger of the shots with Photomatix? Indeed, the upper part is more natural and better contrast, or rather not so excessive as crosses and grass. I await your kind consideration to unravel the fog that dulls my brain.

For the rest it is a very special place, of other times and other story ... A reality of the industry of the past still visible ... A bit surreal. Impressive majestic dominance of the mausoleum, I would say excessive, it seems almost watch his workers also another world.

All the best,
Walter

Hello Walter, I'm not a espertodi HDR
I used it only a few times to try as
it works and I could not tell what might have
generated the difference between the top and the
bottom of the picture. I'm sorry!

Ciao mirko

Hello I like the photo.
It 'sa place I know quite well and it has its dark fascination.

I just want to remember that Crespi is the only example of industrial village in Italy and is also a World Heritage Site.

Hello mirko

Luigi Terruzzi

Walter did not know, for my ignorance, the systems that you have used to make this picture. Of course, considering the environment, it is very interesting. Perhaps you've overdone it with the unsharp mask but as a whole to take me.
The resort is known to me and I also did the same revisited and interpreted in different ways. I will send the photo via email to hear your opinion.

Ciao,
Walter

Interesting but improved in PP, now is not the way I would do ', it's about learning from mistakes and criticism but also the observation and study.
I fully agree on the excess of sharpness. For the photo post it, do not use the e-mail, the better the Forum.
