Luke88, quello in primo piano fa parte del bocciolo della rosa, ho pensato che portandolo fuori fuoco, come i petali posteriori, avrebbe contribuito a dare alla composizione una corposità tridimensionale a questo mezzo bocciolo.

Luke88, the foreground is part of the bud of the rose, I thought that taking out of focus, like the petals back, would have helped to give the composition a three-dimensional in this medium-bodied bud.

Ok, la tridimensionalità secondo me veniva lo stesso rispettata in quanto l'elemento principale sono le ombre priettate a dx e l'arricciamento dello stesso bocciolo. Trovo invece che quel pezzettino verde sia più di disturbo che d'aiuto. D'altra parte ammetto che avere un elemento in primo piano sfuocato non mi piace e quindi ci può tranquillamente stare che sia un mio limite!!
Ok, the three-dimensional in my opinion was the same as respected as the main element are the shadows priettate right and curling of the same bud. I find instead that the green piece is more hassle than help. Ciao Luke, anch'io ho una sorta di deformazione, contraria alla tua, sono portato a trovare sempre un qualche oggetto o casa da porre davanti alla scena da ritrarre. Vi è anche un'altra considerazione, una pdc così ampia non ce l'avrei mai potuta avere con un solo scatto.

Hello Luke, I have a sort of deformation, contrary to yours, I tend to always find some object or house to be placed in front of the stage to portray. There is also another consideration, a pdc so wide I would not have ever been able to get in a shot.

A me i fondi neri o bianchi totali piacciono molto, sono eleganti e minimali al tempo stesso. Qui secondo me il fondo scuro sta bene in quanto dà pieno risalto al rosso della rosa e alle gocce.
Personalmente avrei preferito anch'io vedere a fuoco il sepalo (?) verde o, in alternativa, non l'avrei bagnato, in modo che potesse contrapporsi con maggiore stacco rispetto alla rosa.
Comunque complessivamente mi pare sia uno scatto gradevole e ben riuscito.

I funds total blacks or whites like very much, are elegant and minimal at the same time. Here I think the dark background is fine as it gives full prominence to the red of the rose and drops.
Personally I would have preferred to see the fire sepal (?) Green or, alternatively, I would not wet, so that it could oppose with greater detachment compared to pink.
However, overall I think is a click pleasant and successful. :-)
