Indubbiamente la foto e bella pero (e magari a causa del monitor che sto usando) non mi sembra di vedere differenze tangibili rispetto alla 7d o alla 60d, magari nei video andra molto meglio, aspetto di vedere qualche scatto con valori iso da 400 a 1600 per farmi un'idea piu precisa

Vedo un buon dettaglio sulla trama alare, ma meno sull'addome della farfalla, forse chiudendo di più si riusciva ad avere maggior dettaglio anche in tale zona (ed anche visto che il Canon lavora molto bene senza diffrazione anche a f16...). Sulla qualità del nuovo sensore non mi pronuncio, in quanto bisognerebbe fare un confronto con altri corpi...

La profondità di campo è abbastanza ristretta, però tieni conto che f/16 va bene solo su FF, su fotocamere APS-C ad altissima risoluzione come la 70D è quasi inutilizzabile...già f/11 è al limite, l'ideale per evitare la diffrazione sarebbe lavorare a f/8...

Ecco la dimostrazione del peso visivo: la piccola farfalla occupa una parte minima dell'intera composizione ma l'hai fatta diventare l'indiscussa protagonista della foto. Le immagini della D70 sono molto belle; ma esiste una macchina fotografica che non lavori bene nelle tue mani?

Quando si cambia o si fa il salto oppure, non vale mai la pena 
Poi ovviamente sfornerai ottime foto, come sempre.

infatti bisogna anche considreare che impostando l'apertura a F/8 e lavorando con rapporto di riproduzione 1:1 (alla minima distanza di messa a fuoco) l'apertura effettiva diventa F/16.
