welcome ... forografi ... sent on August 29, 2013 (16:19) by Chiara.m. 15 comments, 840 views.

Very beautiful Chiara. But then the bears are unable to photograph them also just outside the border. I have to give it a little thought:-D

Thanks Teodago, thanks!

Thanks Pmaffio of your very welcome step.
I was in two different hides, the other I liked least because they are too high compared to the animal and by the way I also had bad luck: his mother with what appeared to be small in area, it has not showed up and I had no time to return.
In this in places where you're just below the photo is taken as above but more the fact that it is a raised hide, it is an advantage because it overlooks the mountain slope, which makes height in almost all animal the points in which there is visual.
And when the bear emerges from the right, as here, with the addition of the TC17, is so :-).
And other times, however, I choose the 70-200 f/2.8 (because I still lack a 200 -400:-D) if they are close enough because the d800 some crop let me (now I'm trying to find a bit of feeling with Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 but here I have not used).

And 'the way I prefer to setting. Am I wrong or the animal has injured his right eye and on his nose? I'd be interested in knowing about this place ...

Compliments. Marco.

Thanks Mark and thanks Meghisti :-)

@ Marco
Even I, the first picture, looking through the lens, I noticed something in his left eye.
And perhaps he had fought or had a mishap: I have been twice in this hide, the second after two days and the nose you could see that he had something but it was improved, almost as if he was hurt on the first day that I saw him. ..

In Slovenia can hunt the bear and there is no tourism, as in Scandinavia (I've even heard that it is often more boycotted that enticed because the country is most well known as a destination for hunting and fishing, but Miha - the guy who runs the restaurant with rooms and brings you to hide - loves animals and photography, is very young and full of ideas and not give some ;-): Are you attracted with some, I call it "snack" but not being fed regularly, he is put right something because it is the desire to spend in front of the hide but as far as I know nothing more. And from my point of view, it is an advantage because they're really in nature :-)
For info, write me all the questions you have in MP if you want, also another member here did a page on this (and the link is also here along with shooting data).
