per quanto riguarda la parte alta dell'immagine hai ragione, non ho notato che i faretti sbucavano nell'inquadratura... il rumore purtroppo è dovuto al fatto che quando devo "rubare" imposto la macchina con iso alti e priorità di apertura in modo che da sola faccia il resto sul tempo non potendo ne inquadrare ne perdere tempo in altre impostazioni...(macchina al collo appoggiata sulla "pancetta" e con il pollice.. click)
sul discorso "rubare" ... non ancora capito perchè vengano vietate le riprese all'interno di edifici di interesse.. per loro potrebbe essere pubblicità gratis... mah...

with regard to the top of the image you're right, I did not notice that the lights sticking out in the frame ... unfortunately the noise is due to the fact that when I have to "steal" imposed on the machine with high ISO and aperture priority so that alone face the rest of the time I can not waste time frame it in other settings ... (machine neck resting on the "bacon" with your thumb and click ..)
on the speech "steal" ... not yet understood why the shooting are prohibited inside buildings of interest .. for them could be advertising for free ... mah ...

Mi spiace ma non sopporto l'atteggiamento, molto diffuso in Italia, nei paesi più civili un po' meno, di farsi quasi un vanto nell'infrangere un divieto. Ognuno si stira regolamenti e regole a suo piacimento, perchè non capisco cosa lo abbiano messo fare... Poi parcheggio in doppia fila perchè sono solo 5 minuti, vado a 170 perché ... Perché... capisco il tuo sfogo ma credo che questo spazio debba essere dedicato ad una critica negativa o positiva all'immagine in quanto tale...
permettimi però di dire che le considerazioni personali di etica, morale o perbenismo (per quanto legittime) "qui" sono forse fuori luogo
