@caterina: la spiaggia e il posto sono davvero fantastici, (ho fatto altri scatti e a breve li caricherò :) ). Unico appunto, la spiaggia esiste solo in bassa marea, perchè quando la marea si alza arriva a coprire tutto quanto fino in cima alla scogliera quasi; in questi casi quindi la spiaggia è inagibile.
di solito la periodicità è 2, cioè 2 volte al giorno hai marea bassa e viceversa. persone del posto mi hanno detto comunque che negli ultimi anni il posto che una volta era praticamente deserto, ora adesso è molto frequentato. Io purtroppo ho avuto la sfortuna di capitarci proprio a ferragosto, per cui era pieno di famiglie e gente che voleva passare la giornata in un posto incantevole, per cui è stata una toccata e fuga; anche perchè stava per arrivare il temporale :)

@ Catherine: the beach and the place are really fantastic, (I did other shots and short them shortly :)). Only note, the beach exists only in low tide, because when the tide comes up to cover everything up to the top to the cliff, and in these cases, so the beach is unusable.
usually the frequency is 2, that is, 2 times a day have low tide and vice versa. local people have told me, however, that in recent years the place that once was practically deserted, now now is very popular. Unfortunately I've had the misfortune to befall own in August, so it was full of families and people who wanted to spend the day in a beautiful place, so it was a hit and run, partly because the storm was coming :) grazie a tutti davvero :)

si tutta la zona è molto molto bella :) io in particolare ero di passaggio perchè stavo a mondoñedo, per cui mi sono fermato giusto per vedere la spiaggia e rimanere li qualche ora. se hai anche occasione/tempo di andare in cantabria, in particolare nelle zone di comillas, te le consiglio tanto perchè meritano davvero un sacco: paesaggi costieri, estuari che cambiano al variare della marea e montagne a pochi minuti di auto!
