Palazzo Fava: uno dei primi monumentali palazzi barocchi della ricostruzione post terremoto del 1693, rappresenta il perno prospettico tra lo scenario naturale della cava di S. Bartolomeo e la fuga prospettica sul paesaggio antropizzato di piazza Italia e Corso Garibaldi. Notevoli le decorazioni tardobarocche del portale d'onore e dei balconi su piazza Italia ma raggiunge l'apice del genio nell'unico balcone su via san Bartolomeo ornato di grifoni, mostri di ascendenza medievale e manieristica e svariate teste di moro.
