The position and intensity of the sun have not helped nor made the color, nor the overall contrast of the image.

Ciao, premetto che stò iniziando a fare paesaggi adesso, quindi forse non sono la persona più indicata, ma provo a dirti la mia idea 
La posizione e l'intensità del sole non hanno certo aiutato nè la resa dei colori nè il contrasto generale dell'immagine.
La mancanza di elementi che rendessero interessante il cielo mi avrebbe portato ad escluderne una parte più consistente nella composizione, magari avrei dato maggior risalto alle belle colline e al gioco di forme che fanno i campi arati lasciando al cielo un pò meno spazio.
Sempre a livello compositivo inoltre avrei scelto un elemeto di primo piano più interessante del pezzo di piscina che a mio parere distoglie un pò l'attenzione.
Infine guardando lo stacco fra il cielo e gli alberi mi pare ci sia un uso un pò troppo eccessivo dell'aumento di chiarezza (si nota una parte troppo scura alla sommità delle colline e negli alberi).
Spero di esserti stato utile e per consigli o idee di sicuro più degne di nota ti invito a guardare chi lo fà moooolto meglio di me come caterina bruzzone (che per me è una dei migliori paesaggisti in questo forum) e chiaramente quelle di Juza

Ti dico la mia idea che ho avuto guardando il panorama: volevo immortalare le linee compositive rispettando la regola dei terzi; la linea orizzontale creata dalle colline interrotta dalla linea verticale dell'albero (volutamente messo al cnetro) per dare un senso, dando un senso di profondità utilizzando la seppie (linea obliqua) volevo arricchirla aggiungendo al panorama la parte con la piscina e la valigia anche per dare tridimensionalità ma come si dice, il troppo storpia :D

Ahimè lo so, l'ho notato alla fine della rielaborazione. Quella porzione d'immagine originariamente era poco definita e blu, per questo ho seguito la guida che ho linkato nella didascalia con quel risultato. L'ho postata comunque perchè speravo che qualcuno mi potesse dire cos'è andato storto. |

A mio avviso e se fossi stato io non avrei fatto mai una foto, ad uno scorrcio di paesaggiodove l'attenzione non e' catturata da nessun elemento .
Non c'e' niente che possa essere piacevole da vedere ,per cui come prima cosa cercherei ( ancor prima di migliorare la composizione )di allenare l'occhio nella ricerca di scorci paesaggistici interessanti in condizioni meteo particolari.
Cercherei di scattare con una luce che possa essere quella di un tramonto o di un alba ,ma anche a meta' giornata, con una luce soffusa e particolari condizioni meteo ,potrebbe venir fuori qualcosa di bello .
Questa foto a prescindere dalla luce non dice niente...
Lo sguardo non e' catturato da nessun elemento
Fai un giro nella galleria paesaggi (magari nelle foto piu popolari ) e ti renderai grossolanamente conto, di quali criteri seguire e curare in fase di pre scatto .
