Many thanks to everyone for the welcome comments. These enlargements are out of the dirt on the sensor that would not otherwise see, and I do not always forget to take them off.

Pleasant tilt / diagonalization and sharpness. As a personal interpretation would not have opted for a shot so close thus leaving the entire antennas without exasperating the macro ratio. For the lights I tried to soften them more. (Imho). Hello and good light with little wind, laurel

Thank you Elle your suggestions which are also the aims of the improvements that I would make to my shots. I could very well fit a shorter ring or nothing to enlarge the picture and would have gained the PDC and also improved the light. But, I repeat, that I work with improper goals and light arranged by me just to show that with few resources you can take Microphotograph. There are special flash microphotography that certainly would improve the contrast but seven hundred Euros are many.

In fact, with all that ambaradam dedicated to anything you did :-) I, for years I have abandoned the macro flash and use reflective panels, however, forcing the use of a tripod: fconfuso:.
Hello and good experimentation, laurel

Thanks again Lauro's kind feedback! Here then the light is reflected from an armor very receptive to various reflexes because it is almost metallic. Ideally, the early morning light, but then it would take a complete stop insect that is found with difficulty

Hats off to what you are able to achieve with the use of your particular equipment especially freehand. I would not be able to. That said, I stressed before your explanation the brightness a bit 'high. If the person you give it a chance, I would try always to compensate the exposure.

Thanks Pigi! If I still do not light too dark under the insect. Then as I said has a very high reflectivity like metal or ceramic. The harsh light of the flash is too diffuse would not be so suitable for these beetles
