Cocoon Nebula sent on August 05, 2013 (14:50) by Astro_kiara. 17 comments, 1335 views.

Posa B ISO 800, tripod.

Bellissima! Unfortunately, even here the wet hood does not allow to go beyond the 35 "with shooting wide field, we hope to pass ... it's always a pleasure to see your pictures. A salutone :-)

Thank you all!

Manolitop76, in reality, the sky was not at all clear, it was humid, especially in the first part of the night, so I had to throw away the first 5 or 6 poses (more than half an hour of exposure!). And unfortunately I do not have could push more than 5 minutes in the individual poses, so I missed the faint nebulosity that you should see around Cocoon and dark nebulae.

hello!

Chiara

A good result Chiara, unfortunately I still read a manual guide, you could not even with the lacerta? :-(

Thanks Elio!
you could not even with the lacerta
If I tell you not laugh? This was to be the first field test of Lacerta. Arrival at the camp, I mount everything, I start to arrange the cables: power, camera, control cameras, ... ST4 ST4 ST4 ... where is the cable? ° z * # #! # E 'stayed at home! :-/ Unfortunately, between amateur astronomers present no one had an extra cable to lend me, so I had to resort back to the eyepiece with reticle ... Thank God that at least I had brought!
What can I say? I have already introduced a new check-list only for a list of cables!

hello!
Chiara
