Condivido al 100%100 Fabio, se si vuole aiutare qualcuno a migliorarsi,bisogna fargli notare gli errori, come si fa a dire:

Ho visto che hai sistemato la pendenza e la composizione nella versione rielaborata quindi l'immagine va un po meglio.
L'errore principale lo hai commesso in fase di scatto, scattare in priorità di apertura va bene ma il valore del diaframma che hai scelto è troppo alto.
Con una APSC a causa della diffrazione(il dettaglio diminuisce) è meglio stare tra f8-f10 e regolare gli iso per avere un tempo di scatto sufficiente a congelare un soggetto in volo(io non utilizzo tempi più lenti di 1/1600).
Quando fotografi un soggetto di colore chiaro è meglio abbassare gli iso e sottoesporre, quando il soggetto e scuro si alzano gli iso e si sovraespone...queste regolazioni vanno fatte in base alla luce presente e variano al variare della luce.
Ci vorrà un po di tempo e tanto allenamento, ma vedrai che le immagini miglioreranno.

I agree with Fabio and George too.
I saw that you fixed the slope and composition in the revised version then the image goes a little better.
The main mistake I've made during shooting, shooting in aperture priority is fine but the aperture value you have chosen is too high.
With a APSC due to diffraction (the detail decreases) is better to stay between f8-f10 and adjust the ISO to get a shutter speed enough to freeze a subject in flight (I do not use slower shutter speeds of 1/1600).
When photographing a subject of light color is best to lower the ISO and underexpose, when the subject is dark and raise the ISO and overexpose ... these adjustments must be made depending on the available light and vary with the light.
It will take some time etanto workout, but you'll see that the images will improve.
