Si trova all'incrocio tra le vie Laurinská , Panská e Rybárska brána . Si tratta di una statua in bronzo di un uomo che guarda fuori da un tombino con le mani giunte. L'autore è lo scultore, pittore accademico, grafico e artista Viktor Hulík . Fu installata il 26 luglio 1997 durante un evento chiamato festa di Korzo in occasione dell'apertura della zona pedonale ricostruita. Trentamila persone parteciparono alla festa di Korzo insieme al presidente della Slovacchia Michal Kováč .
