Oh, but ... was wanted! I wanted to make the idea of ??the male who keeps an eye on the female, from afar ... ;)

Ciao,
BH

Oh thank you but ... I know that I did not succeed too! But I'll learn! I still have a ways to go ...
Thanks for the ride! Hello,
BH

given the position of the subjects there was good also a vertical cut in my opinion. light seems to me rather hard, neck and tail whites appear to be burnt, without detail. hello ;-)

Buona luce,
BH

Maurizio Yes, you're right, maybe I had a moment sottoesporla ... Try in post to vary the brightness, and maybe even the application of a lightweight filter may improve the result.
Thanks for the ride and critical reading!
Good light,
BH

Ciao!

Hello Blackhornet, the light here is just intractable:-D, subjects are central, the PDR is still too high ... 8-)
See if you try to recover this file or something to get back out there to shoot ... ;-) mistakes you learn more!
Hello!

A presto,
BH

You're absolutely right Alemat 73, was one of the first shots with the camera and to be honest at first I also liked ... now that I've made the critical eye ... well, never mind! Hello and thanks for the ride.
See you soon,
BH

Life" ->"Uccelli Italiani" www.juzaphoto.com/life.php?l=it&s=anas_platyrhynchos

I agree with Alemat73 and Massimo Mancini, closing the aperture and if necessary underexpose, you controlled a little more light and had even more detail on the subject in focus.

PS. I think the hashtag, you entered does not go well, you can enter the Germano in the "Life" -> "Birds Italian" www.juzaphoto.com/life.php?l=it&s=anas_platyrhynchos
