La gola d'Uina, si trova nell'Engandina Bassa, in Svizzera, ai confini con l'Alto Adige. La valle si chiude fra le rocce dove si arriva al sentierino scavato nella roccia di una parete alta 800 metri, all'ombra, imponente e impressionante che a prima vista incute paura e vertigini, il tutto accompagnato dal roboante frastuono del torrente in fondo al dirupo. Il sentiero provvisto di un cavo d'acciaio dove potersi tenere, abbastanza largo, tanto è vero che ci passano anche con le biciclette, e, una volta superati i primi attimi di disorientamento e paura, si prosegue senza problemi in direzione del chiaro dell'apertura della gola sul versante svizzero.
