Grazie a tutti! Sono proprio 5000 ISO, anzi per la precisione 5600!
Lavoravo in condizioni di luce difficilissime, sole basso e quasi controluce, ma non del tutto: il pericolo peggiore sono i flare; anche tutti i riflessi, sull'acqua, ma anche sulle piume, che rendono difficile l'esposizione. Dovresti sottoesporre da un lato, ma per evitare il rumore vorresti stare sulla dx dell'istogramma. Alla fine cerchi un compromeso e speri che vada.
Tra l'altro avevo il tarabusino molto angolato a dx, in una posizione tanto precaria che, per evitare il micromosso ho deciso di spingere i tempi a1/2000, sperando nella tenuta agli ISO di santa D4.
Per Mario: si, alla fine, come te, ho optato per la scelta che sembra la migliore per questo tipo di fotografia

I worked in difficult lighting conditions, low sun backlighting and almost, but not quite: the danger are the worst flare, even all the reflections on the water, but also on the feathers that make it difficult exposure. You should underexpose the one hand, but to avoid the noise you want to stay on the right of the histogram. At the end looking for a compromeso and hope it goes.
Among other things, I had very little bittern angled to the right, in a position so precarious that, to avoid camera shake, I decided to push the time a1/2000, hoping to seal ISO holy D4.
