I Palmenti sono un complesso di strutture semi-ipogee dove, fino agli anni sessanta, avveniva la vinificazione. Ogni struttura disponeva di più vasche; l'uva veniva pigiata a piedi nudi nella vasca più alta e il mosto finiva nella vasca sottostante. Qui veniva lasciato a fermentare per 2-3 settimane prima di essere travasato nelle botti e conservato nelle cantine del paese #Borghi #BorghiItalia #Campagna #Green #Panoramiche #Verde
