Siamo in primavera inoltrata, le giornate sono luminose, la natura si risveglia prepotentemente e improvvisamente fanno ritorno i migratori per una nuova ed intensa stagione di caccia e di procreazione. Le paludi sono luoghi speciali dove tutto ciò si palesa ai nostri occhi: nelle paludi è relativamente semplice ammirare la biodiversità di ecosistemi bellissimi, ma fragili, che dunque hanno bisogno di essere tutelati. Espressione e simbolo di questa vulnerabilità e bisogno di protezione è la sgarza ciuffetto, animale saggio ed elegante, visitatore riservato delle nostre paludi. Lo scorso weekend questo esemplare in caccia mi ha regalato una grande emozione, si è fatto ammirare da vicino prima di involarsi elegantemente e rifugiarsi nel folto della vegetazione. Un incontro inatteso, fortunato ed avvincente che condivido con voi!
