Alimentata dall'Acqua Paola e commissionata da Paolo V Borghese a Carlo Maderno, interamente dedicata agli emblemi araldici della famiglia Borghese, ovvero l'aquila ed il drago. Sullo sfondo di una valva di conchiglia svetta l'aquila borghesiana che poggia le zampe su due piccoli basamenti; l'acqua fuoriesce dalla bocca di un mascherone, posto al centro di un fregio triangolare, e di due draghi, posti nell'incavo delle volute terminali laterali, e si riversa nella sottostante vasca con bordo arrotondato.
