, Posa B f/8.0, ISO 160, tripod. Kinderdijk, Netherlands.

Hello Peacock, for sure the light pollution on the left has not helped t (lack of trails) I also opted for a wider shot.
For the rest, it seems to me very well gestista, I do not see all this noise as you say ...
Greetings
Esaphoto

Hello Esaphoto! Unfortunately, the mills are almost the edge of Rotterdam and pollution, as it may try to avoid it, is always there. This shot is cut out because it is a test and I wanted to see the final result to get an idea. The original is larger, but the problem is that the right of the mill there is an antenna with a lot of reflection on the water and bushes to the left. In any case, thanks for the passggio and for the comment!

Image particular, with the stars that rotate and the windmill blades still, I do not mind the weaknesses you've already shown you, noise down a bit and components' close perhaps it is also a thread for a clear night ;-).
A greeting.

Thanks Catherine and Raphael. Being a test image I try especially advice. Unfortunately, yesterday was my last time in Kinderdijk seen that on Saturday I go back to Italy after finishing college.
Thanks again for the comments!

But sorry peacock .. I do not understand one thing.
I was covering the shot better and in fact on the sky, on the mill etc there is no noise at all or if there is is accettabilissimo.
The very obvious noise occurs only in the bottom right, I'm thinking you've recovered too (by opening and clearing the shadows) that part. If it were not so forgive me, that's just my guess.

is exactly as you said. The problem is that I used a recovery too strong (+3)
The trigger is a fusion of simulated 5 exposures (-1, 0, +1, +2, +3)

You'll see that next time will be much better and you will avoid these mistakes! ;-)

I think the limit of the 5d II in this case is about +1.5 stop. Gia to +2 you notice something, to +3 come out of the shot
:) Thanks again for your feedback and comments!
