6/02/26 Guglielmo 2 m. 1948. Dopo aver accudito la mia mamma centenaria, ore 12, vado in Val Trompia, a vedere l’effetto delle nevicate recenti e, con un po’ di delusione, mi accorgo che la quota neve non si è abbassata. Da Pezzoro m. 907, per andare in Guglielmo, bisogna ancora risalire a piedi alla prima malga: in basso evidentemente ha anche piovuto. Stessa situazione di una settimana fa, c’è anche la nebbia, ma io proseguo perché il meteo preannuncia un pomeriggio di sole. Ha nevicato pesante e si vede salendo…fino a quando il cielo si apre e agli Stalletti Alti sembra di entrare in un altro mondo. Cielo terso e sole caldino raggiungo la cima del Guglielmo m. 1948, con bella vista innevata tutto intorno. Pausa merenda e meritato riposo e inizia la discesa: ottima la grande dorsale, buono anche metà rattù, ma poi, passando all’ombra e gelando la superficie, la neve diventa una una crosta insciabile da affrontare con tanti dietrofront e anche la stradina e la parte di prato con la neve si sciano con fatica.
