Siamo giunti alla chiusura del tour dei templi di Angkor Wat, una lunga cavalcata che ho avuto il piacere di proporre nella galleria reportage di viaggio, esaurita questa pagina seguirà un breve tour Cambogiano per poi arrivare in Vietnam. L'immagine ritrae l'interno del tempio Ta Prohm e mostra una galleria interna del tempio situato nel complesso di Angkor Wat, che non ha subito danni naturali riportati dalle radici. Ta Prohm è famoso per l'integrazione unica tra l'architettura in rovina e la natura, con alberi giganti le cui radici avvolgono le strutture in pietra.

Il tempio è noto per essere in gran parte inghiottito dalla giungla, con alberi che crescono tra le rovine di pietra, in questo reportage invece si ha la percezione di un sito che è stato liberato dalla selvaggia natura senza aver recato danni naturali alle strutture, in entrambi i casi la sua bellezza mistica non ha differenze.
